Before you order a translation and we acknowledge your order, please help us to clarify the following:
- Scope
- Scope and quality of source text. Please provide us with the complete source text (in Word format), an abridged version of your text or a text sample.
- Background information. Please send us existing samples, translations, parallel and/or background texts.
- Definition of target text. We agree on a print-ready version, a standard or a working version. Unless explicitly defined, we will produce a functional translation in standard version.
- Deadline
You give us your preferred deadline and we will check availability and confirm.
- Rates

What price line to expect?
Our estimates are calculated based on the following formula:
Number of standard lines (55 characters including blanks) x price per line + 20% VAT (if applicable).
Example: 22 305 characters : 55 x = 405.54 (=406 standard lines) x 1.4 euros = 568.40 euros + 20% VAT (if applicable).
